Refund policy

• ELIGIBLE EXCHANGES. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges must also be with all the original packaging including all tags and boxes. We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete the process of the exchange.

Please note: all sale items, custom pieces, or personalized orders are final sale and are not exchangeable unless defective.
